Trailer Rentals for Every Job in the Metro East
KD Trailer Rentals is a locally owned trailer rental business located at 407 E US Highway 40 in Troy, IL. We rent utility trailers, dump trailers, enclosed trailers, car haulers, and equipment trailers by the day or the week — with flat rates and no mileage fees. You pick up the trailer, use it for your project, and bring it back when you are done.
Whether you are a homeowner hauling landscaping materials, a contractor moving machinery between job sites, or someone moving furniture across town, the goal is the same: get the right trailer behind your truck, get the job done, and return it without a hassle. Our fleet covers most hauling needs in the Troy area and the surrounding Metro East communities, including Edwardsville, Belleville, Collinsville, Highland, Maryville, Glen Carbon, O'Fallon, and St. Jacob.
Every rental includes the basics you need to get on the road. Some trailers require a brake controller, a specific ball hitch size, and a 7-pin plug, so it is worth checking your towing setup before you arrive. If you are not sure whether your vehicle can handle a particular trailer, our towing requirements guide walks through tow ratings, hitch sizes, and brake controllers in plain language. You can also call us directly at 618-414-9857 and we will help you match a trailer to your vehicle.
Not sure which trailer type fits your project? Our trailer sizing guide breaks down the options by what you are hauling, how much it weighs, and what your tow vehicle can handle. Or compare the rental options above to find the right size, capacity, and price for your job.
Trailer Rental Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance for towing vehicle
- Valid credit card for deposit
- Completed trailer rental agreement
- Towing vehicle must be in good working condition
Each day the trailer is in your possession is considered a rental day. Deposits are returned when you return the trailer with no new damage and no missing equipment. All trailer rentals are available for customers near Troy, IL.
