What St. Jacob Renters Pull From Our Lot
St. Jacob is a small, rural community where most people have the space and the truck to handle a real hauling project. Property owners come to us for dump trailer rentals when they're spreading gravel, cleaning out a barn, or hauling off limbs after a storm — the hydraulic lift beats shoveling material out by hand. If you're moving furniture or appliances between houses, our enclosed cargo trailers keep everything dry on the drive back. Not sure which size fits the job? Our trailer sizing guide walks through how to match capacity to your load.
The Drive From St. Jacob to Troy
From downtown St. Jacob, it's roughly a 5 to 10 minute trip west on US Highway 40 straight to our lot at 407 E US Highway 40. Because you're so close, a lot of St. Jacob customers pick up in the morning, finish the project, and drop the trailer back off the same day. If you want to compare the dump option against a roll-off box first, read our dump trailer versus dumpster breakdown before you decide.
